成份:自家梅子+天然海鹽+太陽+歲月                    

            無添加物,SGS無化學殘留認證


容量:130g


食用方法:

- 適量梅泥沖泡熱水,作為熱飲可舒緩胃痛、脹氣等腸胃不適

- 取一小匙梅泥,直接配飯、拌麵或青菜,酸香甘醇又開胃

食欲不振時,煮碗清淡的麵或粥,搭配少許梅泥,可促進食慾,梅泥內含有機酸亦可增強體力

- 梅泥調入橄欖油或亞麻仁子油,加少許蔥絲,適用於任何白切肉類的沾醬,也可用來調製清爽健康的涼拌菜

- 任何葷素湯品,加入少許梅泥,湯頭甘美怡人

- 吃火鍋、水餃、煎餃、鍋貼或沙拉,可用本舖的佐餐梅泥替代傳統的工研醋,健康又爽口

- 梅泥一匙、本舖陳年紫蘇梅數顆,搭配一大匙米酒與少許醬油、冰糖以及蒜頭、薑片、蔥,加上排骨或雞腿、五花肉片、魚,可調理出美味的梅香料理
